Now in its 17th year, the Anderson Apprenticeship scheme continues to unlock the door to careers in the construction and property development industry.
Our Anderson Apprentices attend both practical and theory-based training sessions, focussing on honing their skills in a variety of subjects, including streetworks, drainage, excavations, concreting, paving, kerbing, plant and machinery.
The modules undertaken ultimately result in nationally recognised awards and qualifications, while giving the participants a solid grounding in high-quality and safe construction practices.
Many Anderson Apprentices go on to use these qualifications as they work their way through our business, taking on the roles of site managers and more.
We usually open our application process for apprenticeships in April, with applications reviewed in May and placements beginning in September.
